NK 細胞受體(Natural killer -cell receptor, NKRs)表達于 NK 細胞和 T 細胞表面，參與調(diào) 節(jié)下游信號的激活和抑制，積極參與免疫應(yīng)答的調(diào)節(jié)。它們具有 C 型凝集素樣結(jié)構(gòu)域，該 結(jié)構(gòu)域失去了結(jié)合 Ca 2+的能力，參與蛋白質(zhì)-蛋白質(zhì)相互作用，而不是碳水化合物結(jié)合。 | |
